What is SuperBound AI?
SuperBound AI is a WhatsApp-first follow-up assistant for event networking. Send a visiting card photo and it saves the contact to your phone or your team's CRM, drafts the follow-up with one-tap Call, Send email and Send WhatsApp buttons, and alerts you in real time when the contact engages.
Do I need to download an app?
No. SuperBound works inside the WhatsApp you already use. You save one number and chat with it.
Does SuperBound send messages to my contacts?
No. SuperBound only messages you. You send every follow-up yourself, from your own WhatsApp number or email, using the draft and buttons it gives you.
Which CRMs are supported?
Salesforce and HubSpot, plus Google Sheets for teams without a CRM. Individuals do not need a CRM: contacts go to their phone or Google Contacts. Tell us which CRM you use when you join early access; more are on the way.
What if I send a card without any notes?
SuperBound still saves the contact. It asks you about the conversation 6 hours later, and once more after 3 days, so the follow-up can be specific.
What is a personal page?
A private web page for one contact with your company's brochure, catalogue, case studies or pricing. You share it in your follow-up. It never asks the contact for personal details.
When do I get an alert?
When a contact opens their personal page, returns to it, views pricing or a key document, taps your main button or forwards it. You get one alert per visit with a fresh draft. Bots and link previews are filtered out.
What is the 9 AM recap?
A short WhatsApp message each morning listing who engaged the day before and who is due a follow-up. It is a recap, never the first alert for a contact.
How is SuperBound different from a card scanner app?
A card scanner saves the contact. SuperBound saves it on WhatsApp, writes the follow-up, gives the contact a personal page and alerts you when they open it. Scanner apps are more mature and connect to more CRMs. Our compare page sets out the differences honestly.
Can a team share SuperBound?
Yes. Team members send cards to the same number, and each contact is saved with the person who met them.
How is my data handled?
We collect only what is needed to save contacts and help you follow up, we do not sell data, and we delete data on request. See our privacy policy for details, including how we approach India's DPDP Act.
Is SuperBound available outside India?
SuperBound is built India-first, with WhatsApp at the centre. It works anywhere WhatsApp does; tell us where you are when you join early access.
