The service
SuperBound AI helps you capture contacts you meet, save them to your tools, draft follow-ups and see engagement with content you share. During early access the service is provided free, as is, and may change as we build it with our design partners.
Your responsibilities
- Use SuperBound only for contacts you have met or have a legitimate reason to follow up with, and in line with applicable law, including India's DPDP Act and WhatsApp's own terms.
- You send follow-ups yourself. You are responsible for the messages you send and the content you share on personal pages.
- Do not use SuperBound for spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or anything unlawful.
- Keep your account and connected tools secure.
Your data and content
You own the contacts, notes and content you put into SuperBound. You give us permission to process them to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Third-party services
SuperBound works with services such as WhatsApp, Salesforce, HubSpot and Google. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability. SuperBound is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, WhatsApp, Salesforce, HubSpot or Google.
Paid plans
When paid plans launch, prices, billing periods and refunds will be shown at checkout and in your plan details.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SuperBound is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost deals or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending use
You can stop using SuperBound at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. On closure we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the place of our registered office have jurisdiction.
