Can the whole team use one number?

Yes. Everyone sends cards to the same SuperBound number, and each contact is saved with the person who met them.

Who gets the alert when a contact engages?

The rep who owns the contact. Assign a contact to a teammate from the chat and the alerts and drafts go to them.

Does SuperBound message our contacts?

No. Your reps send every follow-up themselves, from their own WhatsApp or email. SuperBound writes the draft and tells them when to send it.
