// how it works

From a visiting card to a follow-up they actually open

Six steps, all inside WhatsApp. You do the networking. SuperBound does everything after the handshake.

// steps 01 to 03

What happens when I send a card photo?

SuperBound reads the card, fills in missing details and saves the contact, usually within a minute.

  1. Send the card photo

    Send the visiting card to the SuperBound number on WhatsApp. Front and back if both sides have details. Add a line or a voice note about what you discussed.

  2. SuperBound reads and enriches it

    Name, title, company, email, phone and website are read from the card. Gaps are filled from the company's details and LinkedIn.

  3. Saved to your CRM

    Contact and company go to Salesforce or HubSpot, linked together, with your note on the record. No CRM yet? A Google Sheet works too.

// steps 04 to 05

Who sends the follow-up?

You do. SuperBound writes the draft, and you send it from your own WhatsApp or email in one tap.

  1. Add context if you forgot

    At a busy stand there is no time for notes. SuperBound asks you about the conversation 6 hours later, and once more after 3 days. Reply with a line or a voice note.

  2. Send the follow-up in one tap

    You get an email and a WhatsApp draft based on the card and what you discussed, with three buttons: Call, Send email and Send WhatsApp. The message goes from your own number or inbox.

// step 06

How do I know when a contact is interested?

You get a WhatsApp alert when they open the personal page you shared. Every follow-up carries a page made for that contact: your brochure, catalogue, case studies or pricing, branded as your company. You set it up once from your website or a PDF.

When the contactYou get
Opens the page for the first timeAn alert with a timely draft
Comes back another dayAn alert: they are thinking about it
Views pricing or a key documentAn alert naming what they looked at
Taps your main button or forwards the pageAn alert, top of your list

One alert per visit, sent a minute or two after they leave the page. Link previews and bots never alert. Each morning at 9 AM you get a recap of who engaged the day before.

How it works: common questions

How long does it take to save a card?

You send the photo and keep talking to the next visitor. SuperBound reads the card, saves it and replies in the same chat, usually within a minute.

That is fine. SuperBound saves the contact anyway, asks you about the conversation 6 hours later, and nudges once more after 3 days. When you reply, it writes the follow-up.

Who sends the follow-up message?

You do. SuperBound gives you the draft and three buttons. Tap Send WhatsApp and the contact's chat opens with the message typed in; tap Send email and your mail app opens with the draft; tap Call to dial.

What does the contact see?

A normal message from you, with a link to a personal page that shows your company's brochure, catalogue or pricing. The page never asks them for personal details.
